Their site shows the software for Mac and iPad. With no replies I am not sure what kind of support they give. Can someone please point me to the windows link for ShutterCount? Is there any other software that will give me this count?

I was told Canon has made it more difficult to get the shutter count on the 7D II. I mentioned this before but in this high tech world what purpose does Canon have for hiding the shutter-counts on its Cameras..
No idea what you mean. I use gphoto all the time and shuttercount on a 7D2 is read just like any other parameter. This was the readout from my 7D2 from my command line about 10, before the mirror shook itself apart. Shutter was replaced when the mirrorbox was and the camera literally came back with 27 on the counter.
The 7D mark II is dual Digic 6. It is clear. And the info is readily available, just read the usb port and talk to the camera. There is nothing untoward about the process, the shuttercount can be read quite easily.
Your issue is that no one is bothering to keep up with software to read the shuttercount - probably because there is very little demand.
And Canon can't be bothered either because It works in my Windows 10 64bit system. I bought it several years ago, specifically for my 7D II, when they claimed it was supported.
